President and founder of SPE Construction, Paul Yu, has been an intergral part of the San Francisco Bay Area construction industry for 18 years. His career began as a carpenter at the age of 19. He became a Field Superintendent, and then a General Manager. Paul founded his company SPE Construction, in 1988. With his untiring leadership, and extensive experience in custom home, subdivision, and commercial building, the company has seen tremendous growth and success. He has also recruited and retained a very talented professional management staff and construction crew.
